Kami order cendol+cincau+jagung. Tengoklah betapa meriahnya isi perut cendol tersebut.

Ayah sedap makan cendol.
Ibu sedap makan rojak.

Anak sedap makan sarung handphone.
Menu yang di order pada hari kejadian. Nasi ayam agak masin sket bg aku. Rojak dan cendol recommended.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Assalamualaikum,

Ni entry pendek je ni. Aku sangatlah malas nak update blog. Baca blog org rajin. Nak tulis, suka tulis panjang2.. sudahnya tk terbuat.Hehehe.. oleh kerana En suami dh bising2 sbb aku lama tk update blog, maka aku pun menghasilkanlah entry yg tk seberapa ni. Tengoklah, kalau aku rajin dan ada kelapangan waktu, aku sambung lagi cerita raya ni ye.

Alhamdulillah, tahun ni kali pertama beraya dgn anak. Seronoklah jugak walaupun agak sibuk melayan karenah dia.Aku letaklah beberapa keping gambar yg sempat diambil ms raya tu ye. Tahun ni giliran beraya di Kelantan dulu. Kami ambil kesempatan untuk singgah berjalan2 di tepi pantai laut china selatan sepanjang perjalanan ke pasir puteh melalui jalan pantai di Terengganu.

Singgah makan tengahari kat hentian Pantai Kemasik. Zahrah tk puasa.

Bermalam di hotel UiTM Dungun

Teringin pulak nak tengok sek lama aku ni. Dah 11 tahun rasanya sejak kali terakhir aku jejak kaki kat sini. Makin cantik MRSM Kota Putra, Besut. Terasa jiwang kejap. Huhu..

Singgah pula kat belakang sekolah. Ada pantai dan Bukit Keluang. Juga semakin cantik. Jakun pulak aku tegok. Zahrah makan petang.

Ayah dan anak yg tk reti duduk diam :).

Dah sampai kampung... Anak2 buah sibuk nak tolong buat kuih raya.

Eh..eh.. dah raya lah.. hehehe..

Huhu.. Tak taulah ap ke hal nya..

Masa on the way balik ke kl, singgah kt Pantai Batu Burok, Kuala Terengganu. Ramainya org main layang2. Ibu dan ayah lebih teruja drpd anak.

Belikan Zahrah layang2 satu. Yg paling kecik dan murah. Hehe..

Tapi bukan Zahrah yg main la. Ayah yg main. Zahrah tengok je.

Pertama kali Zahrah sentuh air laut.

Dia bukannya suka. Takut ada la..

Singgah makan ikan dan sotong celup tepung di salah sebuah kedai yg banyak kat tepi Pantai Batu Burok tu. Hmm.. sodap.

Ayah makan dengan sangat berselera. Zahrah takde mood sbb mengantuk dan penat. Malam tu kami tido kat Kuala Terengganu.

Sambung semula perjalanan esoknya. Singgah makan keropok lekor pulak kat Dungun. Asyik singgah je kan. Huhuhu.. sbb tulah sampai lambat.

Sedapnya keropok lekor...

Kebetulan masa ni Zahrah tengah tido. Maka, dapatlah ibu dan ayah makan berdua dengan tenang.

Itu jelah kot cerita raya setakat ni. Kami sampai KL lebih kurang jam 8 malam. Nasib baik jalan tk jam. Ingat nak buat entry pendek. Tapi jadi panjang jugak sbb tetiba rajin upload banyak gambar. Huhuhu.. apalah aku ni.

Oklah. Nak sambung keje. Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Maaf kalau ada terkasar bahasa atau ap2 yg mengguris hati sesiapa yg membaca blog yg tk seberapa ni ye.

Jumpa lagi. Bye!

Peringatan untuk diri sendiri: Jangan goncang susu perahan

Why not?

Because shaking expressed mothers’ milk (or boiling or freezing it) denatures the shaped molecules of the protective proteins, leaving only the pieces – the amino acids – the parts. Lactoferrin, lysozyme, and other protective components work their protection magic when they are in their original shaped molecular structure. Some components remain intact, even during freezing, shaking or heating. They not only protect the gut from many kinds of infection, but also prevent inflammation of the gut lining. Even broken up, the separate amino acids are still really good stuff and are digested by the baby as nutrients.

Imagine a set of pop-beads assembled into a necklace or bracelet. When the beads are acting as a bracelet or necklace, they are doing their job as protective elements. When you break apart the beads, you have in your hand many individual chunks of amino acids which are then digested.

Cellular components are also susceptible to damage by physical stress. After all, they are living cells.

With mother’s milk, you get at least two functions for the price of one. With manufactured formula, you only get the individual beads, never the necklace or bracelet. And never the living cells.

So, please handle human milk gently, respectfully and kindly. It’s far more than perfect food for babies – it’s a living tissue and protective shield too.

Kepada puan isteri, encik suami mohon jutaan kemaafan.
